This book was easy to follow and was written in away that benefits everyone at any level in life; from the person struggling with life's crisis to the person striving to maximize their full potential. I particularly liked the chapter on leadership, where "Doc Rock" explained; in detail, the seven qualities of a leader. I believe those are qualities can be developed and enhanced to be a great leader, something I will use and pass on to other leaders to influence others.
